All services are provided under a monthly subscription. The subscription covers implementation, continuous support, and regular optimization. Payment is due on a recurring monthly basis unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement.
Our subscription includes revisions and performance improvements based on client feedback. We are committed to keeping your automations aligned with your business needs.
All custom automation scripts, templates, and code developed during the project remain the intellectual property of unüs studios, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We use and integrate various third-party platforms to power our workflows.
The logos and trademarks displayed on our website under the “Home” section are used for identification purposes only. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. The client is responsible for the proper configuration of third-party tools and maintaining security credentials unless managed directly by us under contract.
We respect your privacy. All client data shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in the State of Delaware.
